The Liga of Quito unveiled the opening of a sports center in a city where was born one of the players who gave the most joy at the club.
Ulises de la Cruz was born in Piquiucho, part of the Chota Valley, a place recognized as the cradle of many of the players who were part of the best generation in the history of Ecuadorian football.
