President Lenin Moreno inaugurated yesterday the fast track Cuenca-Azogues-Biblián. This work benefits especially the populations of Cuenca, Azogues and Biblián.
Moreno emphasized that this road becomes the main transportation center for goods and people, to revive the economy, connect lives safely and ensure the flow of vehicles.
The government invested $ 135 million in this 42-kilometer long road infrastructure. The highway has signage, slope stabilization and 14 pedestrian crossings.

This road will solve the car traffic which is 15 thousand vehicles on average daily. Carlos León, direct beneficiary, recalled that before This stretch that connects the two provinces was in poor condition and was considered a dangerous route.
