The Colombian authorities captured today in the municipality of Tumaco, department of Nariño, border with Ecuador eight persons "responsible" of murder yesterday of three officers of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Office of the Prosecutor.

"Eight subjects have been arrested responsible for the murder of members of the CTI of Procuratorate", wrote on Twitter the Minister of Defense, Luis Carlos Villegas, without specifying to which armed group they belong

The three victims were in a van when they were attacked with long-range weapons at different points of the road and the vehicle. The authorities yesterday reproached Oliver Sinisterra, a FARC dissident who did not take office in 2016, to sign peace between the already demobilized guerrillas and the Colombian government.
