Eden Hazard 's time at Chelsea has come to an end, with Real Madrid having agreed to an agreement with the Blues to distance the winger from the Stamford Bridge superstar.

The Blues have confirmed his exit Friday:

Hazard, 28, had another great season for Chelsea, scoring 16 goals and 15 assists in 37 appearances in the Premier League (32 starts). He also distinguished himself in the victory of the UEFA Europa League final on Arsenal.

His average score of 7.81 from WhoScored.com tied for the first time in the EPL this season, ahead of the Manchester City (7.61) and Liverpool's Raheem Sterling Mohamed Salah (7.57). On the list of world-class attackers, the danger is high.

It was Hazard's fifth EPL campaign with at least 12 goals and the fourth with seven or more passes.

Hazard combines a solid look with precise control of the ball. He can easily break the defenders with his dribble, and it is almost impossible to break the ball because it uses a solid base and excellent balance to protect defenders.

An aggressive striker, Hazard can both create opportunities for his teammates and beat a goalkeeper from a distance. Although he is not always the most determined defender, he is one of the brightest forwards of the game.

For whites, Hazard can not really replace Cristiano Ronaldo, who left for Juventus a year ago, but it is hard to imagine that Real Madrid would find a much better option this summer after failing to replace the impact of CR7 last season.
