Lebanese President Michel Aoun confirmed that the Israeli Knesset's ratification of the so-called "national law" which regards Israel as "the national state of the Jewish people" is a new Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and his right to self-determination. The Lebanese president, during a meeting with several official delegations at the Baabda presidential palace, said that this law, which abolishes the right of return of Palestinians from the diaspora and opens the door to Jewish immigration, constitutes a flagrant violation of United Nations resolutions.
