– Educational Statement of 2019.

– Establishment of a Technical Accreditation Body and technical quality, in accordance with international standards.
– Establishment of a training center for teachers, trainers and auditors of new technical training in accordance with international standards

– Appoint the Prime Minister and, in coordination with the Board of Governors universities, establish a state-level plan for the return of sports, arts and cultural activities in Egyptian universities and provide the necessary means to achieve this.
– Coordination between all concerned bodies under the supervision of the Prime Minister to enable students to practice sports and cultural activities in youth centers and cultural palaces
– Creation of creative and innovative crèches under the auspices of the Supreme Council of Universities
– Assign the Council of Ministers and in coordination with the Ministry of Defense to adopt the project of identity for each governorate and be studied and implemented by a comprehensive plan to be submitted in the 3 months.
