Many smartphone users still struggle to display ads in a way that does not appeal to them when they visit their phone for any reason.
Digital Trends has deployed the best way to stop annoying ads for Android users, especially because many of them contain malware.
* On the browser "Chrome"
Chrome is the best browser for the Android operating system and has two built-in options to help eliminate annoying ads, which prevents Chrome's blocked ads from showing up by default.
This is as follows:
– Open the Chrome browser
– Access the additional settings menu by pressing the three vertical dots at the top right.
– Click Settings in the drop-down menu.
– Click on the "Site Settings" icon.
– You have the choice between two options: prevent popup ads from displaying or redirecting them.
– Close the browser and open it again.
It can also check the permissions of sites on the Internet on the "Chrome", which will in turn prevent the blocking of pop-up ads, and can be done by the following steps:
– Open Chrome and navigate to the location in question.
– Open a list of additional parameters by pressing the three vertical dots at the top right.
– Click on the "i" icon at the top.
– Click the Location Settings option to display the notifications listed under Permissions. You can choose to send or disable them.
* For other browsers, such as the Samsung browser, do the following:
– Open your browser, then go to the More Settings menu at the three vertical points at the top right.
– Click Settings, then Advanced, and then toggle it to prevent pop-ups from appearing.
Other browsers offer additional features to manage pop-up ads. You will find them all in the settings of each browser.
