The German Internet tycoon, Kim Dutcom, lost his legal battle that would have prevented him from being extradited to the United States to face it.
The New Zealand Court of Appeals upheld the Supreme Court's decision on Thursday. Kulk, Matthias Ortman and Fin Patato can be extradited to the online file sharing site "Mega Apple".
The United States requests the extradition of Dutkom to face 13 charges, including the conspiracy for extortion and violation of property rights, money laundering and online fraud since 2012.
Duckum and his colleagues risk being jailed for decades when they are extradited to the United States and sentenced.
