Petrojet: UEFA refused to lift Beckley's suspension before the clash between Ahli

Hamadou Anwar, director of Petrojet Football, said the FA had rejected his club's request to lift the suspension of Ethiopian Shimels Beckley.

Petrojet called for a suspension of the player after receiving a red card during the match in Smouha, which ended in the victory of the oil team with a goal, pointing out that the expulsion was unfair .

Anwar said in a statement to "Watch with Schubert" that his team would suffer from the absence of the Chammels Beckley duo and Hamid Mao in front of Ahli, due to the suspension.

Petrojet will host Al Ahly on Saturday in a game postponed from the ninth round of the league.

"Petrojet has not informed the Football Association of its application for the appointment of neutral referees for the Al Ahli match, but the team hopes referees will be neutral in all of its league games."
