Samsung announced the development of new RAMs for mobile devices with energy savings while increasing the data transfer rate.

The South Korean company revealed the first LPDDR5 memory, although the official specification was not yet completed by JEDEC, The energy-saving version of DDR5 memory is designed specifically for mobile devices , and the new LPDDR5 data transfer rate reaches 6400 Mbps.

The new RAM rate required is 1.1 volts, the energy in the special mode to reach the East (DC) at 1.05 volts, but the data transfer rate is reduced to 5500 Mbps.
