Dr. Issam Al-Kurdi, President of the University of Alexandria, and Dr. Ybader Dakrouri, President of the Egyptian University for E-Learning, have signed an agreement for scientific and academic cooperation between the two parties to award scientific degrees in the various disciplines. After the signing of the agreement: "This cooperation will contribute to provide a distinguished education in modern disciplines and interfaces, which leads to improve the quality of the educational process through an integrated model of e-learning that provides opportunities for university education to all.Learn throughout life, develop their ability to consciously and freely choose what they want to study, and develop their ability to self-learn.
