Electricity restored in Greene County after fallen tree caused more than 2,500 outages – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

MIAMI VALLEY – AES Ohio customers in Greene County are back on power after suffering a significant number of outages in the area due to a fallen tree in Bellbrook.

According to AES Ohio’s blackout map, 2,537 customers in Greene County were without power.

Power was restored around 1 p.m.

AES Ohio posted a photo of the tree causing the blackouts on Twitter.
