By scoring his image as Bayside High, Berkley is almost promising that Voorhies will have a much bigger role in the upcoming season 2 of Peacock’s rebirth.
Lark Voorhies has been relegated to an offline cameo that appeared in the first season of the rebirth series “Saved by the Bell” on Peacock, but it looks like she’ll be back in a much more substantial capacity for the upcoming second season.
Elizabeth Berkley all but confirmed it with an incredible reunion photo shared on her Instagram featuring the three beautiful “Bells” together again after nearly three decades. She even tagged the show’s fictional Bayside High image.

Berkley is one of the stars of the new series, while Tiffani Amber Thiessen has a recurring role with her onscreen husband Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Mario Lopez joins Berkley in the main cast.
In the first season, Voorhies made a cameo appearance from Paris, where his character lived and worked in fashion. So what brings her back to Bayside High? And how long will she stay?

Peacock had instant success with the “Saved by the Bell” revival series, which garnered a huge number of viewers and even strong critical praise (something that escaped the ratings juggernaut that was the original) .
Berkley clearly felt the nostalgia to reunite after all these years, and to do so in a way that honors how they first met, with a very sweet message accompanying the trio of beauties smiling together.

“These ladies… what a gift to be able to work together again,” she wrote. “We have a special story that goes beyond… we worked hard together as kids to do a show that people always love, we did high school together and our parents all took care of us too as we were. minors when we started. It was a safe place to grow and now we can take those sweet roots and fly together as women. “
“Don’t you like these connections that have a story where you get straight to the point with no explanation?” she continued. “It’s so heartwarming and we can’t wait to share some of the magic with you when Season 2 releases!”
The new season is also expected to pay tribute to Dustin Diamond, who died of stage 4 cancer at the age of 44 in February, just one month after Peacock renewed the series. Filming for Season 2 began on June 7. No release date has been announced.
