Responding to growing claims of a toxic work environment on Ellen DeGeneres’ eponymous talk show, Page Six confirmed that the host is increasing benefits for her employees. We are told that staff members will benefit from an increase in paid time off and a generous sick leave policy.
On Monday, executive producers Andy Lassner and Mary Connelly delivered the news, which DeGeneres and the senior team were keen to add given how they produce over 170 shows a year.

A separate source added that DeGeneres will return to the set next week and that some of the staff are excited to “get out” of the drama.
