Sources tell FOX Business’s Charlie Gasparino that Amazon could announce a stock split as early as Thursday to coincide with first quarter results.
Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk teased Amazon founder Jeff Bezos on Monday night after it was announced that Bezos’ Blue Origin was planning to challenge a NASA award recently awarded to SpaceX.
Musk said in a Twitter message that Bezos couldn’t “get him” into orbit.

The New York Times reported on Monday that Blue Origin had filed a protest with the Government Accountability Office against the $ 2.9 billion contract awarded to SpaceX earlier this month.
As previously reported by FOX Business, NASA hired SpaceX to build the craft to transport American astronauts to the lunar surface for the first time in decades.
SpaceX has donated its reusable Starship spacecraft for the mission to deliver humans to the lunar surface for the first time in 50 years. Musk defeated Bezos’ Blue Origins and a defense contractor known as Dynetics.

NASA executives have said their goal is to land Americans on the moon “as quickly and safely as possible”
“We might have a chance in 2024,” one executive said when asked if the timeline was still on the line.
“Existing resource constraints” were cited, as well as safety, as the agency planned to assess when it would be appropriate to take off.
