Kim Kardashian looked chic black on the red carpet yesterday at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
Kardashian wore a velvet dress with a high neckline and gathered details at the waist. The dress had a slit on the calf, perfect for showcasing the black strappy sandals from KKW Beauty Mogul. The shoes had crossed straps and a thin stiletto heel.
Balmain's creative director, Olivier Rousteing, nominated for his work on costumes for Beyonce's "Homecoming" special, was also present. The designer wore a pale yellow Balmain costume with white sneakers.
The Fab Five of "Queer Eye" – Tan France, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness and Karamo Brown – showed their sensitivity for an individual style while their show won several honors.
JVN wore a Christian Siriano dress with Rick Owens' stiletto boots. Berk and Porowski wore black classic suits. France was dressed in a custom Varun Bahl Couture look, while Brown chose a Versace coat with fur trim and shiny Jimmy Choo shoes.
A second series of Creative Arts Emmys will be distributed tonight. The Primetime Emmy Awards will air on Fox at 8 pm Sunday, September 22nd.
