"Empire" Sources: Nigerian Bros. in the Smollett Affair: No Racist, Homophobic or Pro-Trump

The two men who were arrested and released Friday night in the neighborhood Jussie Smollett Cases are pro-LGBTQ and anti-Trump, which has people on "The Empire" scratching their heads.

We spoke with the actors and the team of "Empire", and they say Ola and Abel Osundairo does not fit the profile of racists and homophobes – not even close. As we have reported, both men are extras on "Empire" for years. They are both friends with Jussie and Abel is particularly close to him. We are told that Jussie would frequently approach the brothers on the set and discuss health and fitness.

Our sources in the Empire say that Abel, in particular, is an ally of the LGBTQ community and that nothing has ever been said positively about Trump. They are both big fans of Obama.

We were told that Abel was working as an additional "empire" a month ago. They are considered family on the set … well known and appreciated by the actors and the team.

The people we spoke to say that it is impossible for them to believe that Ola and Abel have the DNA of criminals who perform the acts Jussie describes – and of course the cops believe it too.

Police arrested the brothers for the battery Friday after the cops raided their home Wednesday and grabbed a long list of items, including several bottles of bleach. However, on Friday night, Chicago's PD, Chicago, was released due to "new evidence" gathered during his interrogation … and stated that they were no longer suspects.

As we pointed out, Jussie first said that her the attackers were white – Another fact that does not match the profile of Osundairos.
