At last year's developer conference, Facebook had promised to introduce dark mode into Messenger. it seems that the company is finally deploying this feature. However, as an Android font First of all, instead of activating it through the settings menu, you will have to rely on an Easter egg to activate dark mode (under Android and iOS), which involves sending from an emoji.
Here's what you need to do.
- You can also tap your profile photo and turn on dark mode on the settings page.
While Facebook will eventually launch the button when updating an application, it is a fun way to turn on the feature. Well done, the Messenger team.
