Late-night hosts were still in shock with the rest of the country on Thursday, the day after a Trump-incited crowd stormed the Capitol.
“Well guys 24 Hours was pretty epic,” Jimmy Fallon said at the top of “The Tonight Show”. “Joe Biden has been certified as our next president, several staff have resigned from the White House, Trump’s social media accounts have been banned and yet compared to yesterday the day is slow.”
“He was also barred from posting on Facebook and Instagram indefinitely. YouTube passed on his video address to rioters, citing misinformation about the election, and Amazon banned him from ordering Pixy Stix because they made him too angry before bedtime. – STEPHEN COLBERT
