The manufacturer Fortnite Epic Games has started legal proceedings against the organizers of the calamitous Fortnite Live festival in Norwich.

The first Fortnite festival of East Anglia made the headlines of the international press this weekend due to its total resistance.

The price of the tickets was too high, the attractions were terrible and the families who were paying were waiting in line. Some refunds were made that day, but the Facebook page of the event has now disappeared.

In fact, very little was related to Fornite and none of them were officially allowed, despite the widespread use of Fortnite's name, logo and characters.

In a statement to Eurogamer today, Epic said it was taking legal action.

"The quality of our player experience is extremely important to us, whether it's inside the game or at official public events like Fortnite Pro-Am from last year," said a spokesperson for Epic Games.

"Epic Games was in no way associated with the event that took place in Norwich and we filed an appeal against the organizers in front of the London High Court."

The organizer of Fortnite Live, Exciting Events, was already committed to bringing the show to Norwich next year, despite its terrible home.

Addressing EDP on Sunday, organizer Shaun Lord defended the event. "It's for kids who like Fortnite's game," he said.

"I would love it to be an annual event, and for people who do not get value for money, we need to improve it next year, we are aware now that we do not have it. did not have enough. "
