ERCOT Removes Griddy’s Exploitation Right – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

[ad_1]

Griddy can no longer operate in the state of Texas.

ERCOT, which runs the state’s electricity grid, robbed Griddy of the right to do business by claiming the company had failed to pay some of its bills.

All of Griddy’s customers have now switched to other electricity suppliers.

Griddy issued a statement which read in part: “Today ERCOT took our members and effectively shut down griddy”

He goes on to say, “We have always been transparent and customer-centric at every step. We wanted to continue the fight to keep our members relieved and that hasn’t changed.”

This is a developing story and will be updated as more details become available.
