Erika Girardi does not refrain from detailing her marriage woes with her ex-husband Tom Girardi.
In Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards invited the actors of Beverly Hills to stay with her at her vacation home in La Quinta, California. Ahead of Erika’s arrival, the rest of the ladies – minus Garcelle Beauvais – discussed Tom’s appearance earlier today regarding the Lion Air Flight settlement.
“The government froze all of its assets,” Dorit Kemsley said. “Because it has been determined that at least $ 2 million has been used inappropriately.”
“So when they freeze assets, does that mean you can’t touch your money? Lisa Rinna asked, to which Dorit, 45, replied: “No you can’t. You can’t touch it.”
Dorit said she believed “the lawyers are asking for a medical assessment of Tom because they think he doesn’t fully understand the gravity of the situation.”
When Erika finally arrived, her costars greeted her with hugs. “We’re here for you,” said Kyle, 52, while Erika, 50, replied, “It’s not going and it’s not going to be right for a long time.”

“His lawyers said she felt he was not mentally well. That’s something I said, and no one would listen to me,” Erika told the group. “I tried and I tried. Maybe he can finally get the help he needs.
Asked by Sutton Stracke why Erika was “caught up” in Tom’s legal issues, Kathy Hilton explained that “they do that if you’re married.”
Dorit then recounted Erika’s experience at hers of 2019 with her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley. The legal issues in question occurred before the couple met, but Dorit was subsequently attached to the scandal.

“I have been a bimbo, gold digger and trophy woman,” Erika said in a confessional. “Now all of a sudden I’m the financial brain on the pulse of everything.”
As the group sat down for dinner, Erika said she wasn’t sure what was going to happen to herself and had already given up on her desk. The reality TV star has also confirmed that she will not receive any child support from Tom, 82, in the future.

From there, Erika shared major revelations about her decades-long marriage.
“Tom’s only identity is to be a great lawyer. That’s all he ever wanted to be in life, and he put that first of all. Everything,” she said. “The last few years, you know, when I saw him decline, I think he held on even harder. I think he was scared, I think he was angry because he was mean like crazy. “
Recalling a car accident he suffered a few years before, Erika said that she then began to see signs of his declining health. However, she admitted to hiding the real cause of the accident.
“He crashed and then broke his ankle,” Kyle recalled from their previous conversation on the subject, which led Erika to respond: “As a result of the accident, his ankle was [hurt]. He was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows. “

Erika said that when Tom finally called her after the accident, she immediately asked where he was and assumed “he was with another woman”. When asked what woman Erika thought he was with, she replied that she wasn’t sure but that it could have been “one of them”.
“Obviously that means he was cheating on you,” Kyle said, as Erika intervened. “You have no idea what I’ve been through, no idea what I’ve been through. It’s my life.”

Erika claimed that she “found proof” of Tom’s “long-standing” business through text messages and photos on her phone.
“I knew a lot, because it was so hard to hide and, you know, he was careless,” Erika said, noting that he had not denied the business.
When asked why she hadn’t left him afterwards, Erika replied, “Where am I going?”
“I really appreciate that you all listened and understood,” she continued. “And I’ll be fine, but I’m not doing well now.”
After filing for Tom’s divorce in November 2020, Erika and Tom both faced serious legal issues. More recently, Erika was accused of conspiring with Tom to hide property.
