The iron Throne Actress Esmé Bianco is suing Marilyn Manson and her longtime manager Tony Ciulla for sexual assault and sexual violence. The complaint, obtained by Vulture on Friday, claims that Manson, real name Brian Warner, also violated human trafficking laws by bringing Bianco from London to Los Angeles on the pretext that she would shoot a music video for her song ” I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies ”, which was never released, and a film based on the works of Lewis Carroll, Phantasmagoria, which has never been done. “Sir. Warner used drugs, force and threats of force to coerce Ms. Bianco into sexual acts on several occasions,” says the lawsuit. Warner raped Ms. Bianco around May 2011. ”Bianco is one of more than a dozen women to bring charges against the musician. In an interview with The Cut in February, she described the alleged abuse she allegedly faced during their relationship in 2011. The trial, first reported by Rolling stone, also claims that Manson “committed sexual acts” when Bianco was unconscious or unable to consent. “These acts include spanking, biting, cutting and lashing Ms. Bianco’s buttocks, breasts and genitals for the sexual gratification of Mr. Warner, all without the consent of the plaintiff.” Ciulla Management, the company which also represents Rob Zombie and Tove Lo, among others, is named as the defendant in the claim. Ciulla himself severed ties with Manson in February following the assault allegations.

Bianco came forward earlier this year with actress Evan Rachel Wood, who also accused Manson of abuse. “As millions of survivors like me painfully know, our legal system is far from perfect,” Bianco said in a statement to Rolling stone. “That’s why I co-created the Phoenix Law, a law that gives thousands of domestic violence survivors precious extra healing time. But as I fight for a fairer legal system, I also pursue my right to hold my abuser to account, using whatever means at my disposal.

July 28 update: Manson’s attorneys today filed documents claiming Bianco is part of a conspiracy “cynically and dishonestly seeking to monetize and exploit the #MeToo movement,” according to Billboard. The document alleges that Bianco’s claims are “provably false” and that she and other accusers plotted their testimony with the intention of confusing the “imagery and artistry” of Manson’s stage character with the actions Brian Warner’s private records.
