  Fantastic Beasts 2
Warner Bros.

It may not be out before the end of the year, but Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald looks more and more like one of the most exciting movies. We had already had a trailer for the sequel, which promised a return trip to Hogwarts and many young Dumbledore and now, thanks to Comic Con, we have even more reason to be excited.

The excellent presentation of Warner Bros Comic Con (who also had the excellent trailers of Shazam! And Aquaman) and could well be the best of the band (which says a lot ). The construction of the world is great, there are many new elements to be excited and Johnny Depp's look at Grindelwald allows to establish that he is really a threat to be alongside Voldemort.

Yes, there will be controversy around his cast, but you really feel that Fantastic Beasts 2 would survive any kind of boycott. That's what Harry Potter and Wizarding World fans continue to live on, and it's great to see that Warner Bros. seems to be delivering.

Here is the trailer:

This is not without a spot Of course, let's look at the negatives first …

  Fantastic Beasts Dumbledore Grindelwald
Warner Bros.

Despite firm confirmation from several sources involved in the film that we will not get an explicit exploration of Dumbledore's love affair and Grindelwald, C is a slight hint in the trailer thanks to the sequence Mirror Of Erised.

Unfortunately, one has the impression of having been demoted (because of the reaction to the news that he would not be there, perhaps?). It also does not make sense in the context of the mirror itself – the mirror is supposed to show the deepest desires of the user, not just a projection of something that's not going to happen. ;he likes. What he sees should be he and Grindelwald fully surrendered side by side, not a floating head and shoulders.

Anyway, he feels slightly hypocritical.
