Just as the Royal Fans thought that they had finished swooning in front of Prince Louis' official baptismal portraits that were released Sunday, they were treated to a surprise shot by the little prince giving a big smile in The arms of Kate Middleton
The merry image was originally intended only for the eyes of the family – but she was so adorable that they decided to share it with the world!

While Matt Holyoak photographed the official family portraits at the christening, the photographer Matt Porteous captured sweet mother-son moment while taking pictures for the private use of the family. (Porteous had already photographed Louis' older brother, George, at the age of 3 in 2016).
The sparkle caused by the smile in the gardens of Clarence House, Prince Charles and Camilla, London's official Duchess of Cornwall residence. There, the guests were served slices of a row of the William and Kate 2011 wedding cake.

Porteous thanked the fans for their worship of the precious photo on his social network Monday
"Overwhelmed by the love and support, image that touched so many hearts, thanks for all the comments and the support, "he wrote on his Instagram story." It's a real honor to capture such a beautiful moment in time. "
The photographer also shared the shot in an Instagram post and wrote:" Moments like these "It was an honor and a privilege to photograph the baptism of Prince Louis."

In another special photo of just mother and son, the prince – who was born in April – was awake, although he was asleep at the start of his ceremony.
And, of course, Prince George and Princess Charlotte could not help but steal the show in the official portraits of the family.

In the group shot with all members of the royal family, including Uncle Prince Harry and Aunt Meghan Markle, the typically reserved and shy George, makes a big smile as he sits on Prince William's lap while Charlotte sits next to Kate's mom Middleton looks at his little brother and holds his hand adorably.
The picture of the family of five, Charlotte's cute little pose steals the show. The 3-year-old child holds Louis's baptismal dress while she poses with her leg to the side in a small ballerina position.
