A member of the Malaysian FIFA Ethics Committee resigns following an investigation

ZURICH: Sundra Rajoo, a member of the FIFA Ethics Committee, resigned yesterday, a week after being suspended from office following an investigation by an anti-corruption unit in his country, Malaysia, announced the world football organization.

FIFA said in a statement that she "took note of the resignation with immediate effect of Sundra Rajoo as vice president of his trial chamber".

He did not give more details about the investigation nor about the charges against Sundra, who could not be contacted immediately for comment.
