England remains with victory
The alignment of England is completely unsurprising; it's the team they've exhausted or they've finished at every moment. But they will have to be wary of what took a little Brazil last night: the widespread expectation that they have in the bag. Sweden is not full of star dust, but it is a solid unit that knows what it is: no more, not less. And at some point, people will have to recognize that they are a good team. It is difficult to arrive in the quarterfinals. Just ask Germany. Or Argentina. Or Portugal. Or …….

These are "Three Lions" from the Lightning Seeds and comedians David Baddiel and Frank Skinner, a song written for the 1996 European Championship, which was held in England.
