Afolabi will become the fourth foreign player in Ismaily's ranks after Ghanaian defender Richard Baffour, Tunisian midfielder Lbadaad Jaziri and Cameroon's Christopher Mendouga.
The front could debut for his new club when they clash with Al Ahly in a league match at Al Salam Stadium on Thursday.
