The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) was named Africa's Best Airport and 38th Worldwide.

The latest ranking used quality of service, punctuality and pbadenger experience to rank airports around the world.

The AirHelp Score rankings looked at data from December 22, 2017 to March 20, 2018, and included delayed and canceled flights, public reviews from trusted sources, and social media sentiments.
