Another day, another lawsuit filed against Kim Kardashian's beauty empire.
T The star of reality is already facing a lawsuit for brand infringement on the Kimoji Vibes fragrance that she published earlier this week.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, mobile marketing company Vibes Media claimed that the packaging of KKW Fragrance's latest fragrance violated its logo, a blue bubble with the word "vibes" written in lowercase white, was recorded in 2012.

Trial of Vibes Media, however, focused specifically on Kimoji perfume, seeking both unspecified damage and an injunction to prevent KKW Fragrance from continuing to sell the fragrance. The company also ordered KKW Fragrance to return all unsold perfumes so that they could be destroyed.
A representative of Kim Kardashian declined to comment on this ongoing legal case. Page Six has contacted Vibes Media for comment and has not received a response yet.
