The 20-year-old reality star, who was starting to inject her cheek when she was only 16 years old, revealed on Instagram
The model posted a photo with her # 39, a friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou, and a fan commented, "She looks like old Kylie here idk why (sic)"
The star of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" replied: "I got rid of all my filler" followed by three emojis with worried faces.
The star was flooded with positive comments encouraging her new natural look.
One user said, "You look so much better without your lipsticks, you are younger and so much more beautiful that way.
Another said, "You look awesome, fresh, young and handsome with your natural self."
The entrepreneur has created a beauty empire based on his fleshy lips; she launched her own line of lip kit, Kylie Cosmetics, leaving her one of the richest members of her family.
The social media star admitted that she had become insecure on her lips when she was 15, after a boy she had kissed commented on the size from his lips.
Speaking of his reality show "The Life Of Kylie", the makeup mogul revealed: "I had really small lips, and that was, like, one of my first kisses , and a guy was like "I did not think you'd be a good kisser because you have such small lips."
The makeup artist continued: "It really affected me, I did not feel desirable or pretty."
