enters into a plea agreement in a drunken arrest case

Luann de Lesseps now pleads guilty to three counts in his arrest for intoxication, but avoids the crime charge – as part of a plea agreement – which would keep her out of jail.
The troubled star of "RHONY" agreed to plead guilty to battery, intrusion and disorderly intoxication for his arrest in Palm Beach County. She was facing a crime charge of resisting an officer with violence, as well as 2 other offenses. This heavy charge has been reduced to the battery.
Remember, Luann was arrested on Christmas Eve in Palm Beach, Florida – she allegedly attacked a cop during her bust . She was filmed telling a police officer that she would kill him if he continued to touch her
As part of the agreement, she will be arrested. probation for one year. She will have to complete 50 hours of community service and attend two AA meetings a week in New York, where she lives. Luann can not consume alcohol or drugs and must undergo random testing. She also had to write a letter of apology to the cop that she hit.
A judge has yet to sign the agreement.
