President Donald Trump of Cohen's July 4, in which the comedian was presenting Trump's true videos mocking the actor while the star's face was flooding the screen, teasing the series with the text "soon graduates of Sacha" followed by a logo for Trump University.
Showtime has made its own stealth promotion in recent days with videos teasing a comedy that is "the most dangerous show in the history of television". (The videos explain that Showtime can not yet reveal the show due to non-disclosure agreements.)
The videos promise, "Something huge will arrive on July 15th."
Although Cohen became famous the British Channel 4 network on The 11th O Clock Show and Da Ali G Show in recent years, he mainly played in movies of which Alice through the mirror, the Brothers Grimsby (which he also wrote and produced), Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues and The Misérables .
That should change with the series Showtime and Netflix's limited future series The Spy in which Cohen will play the role of legendary secret agent Eli Cohen, a spy for Israel in Syria in the early 1960s.
