Honestly, given that the country has been working remotely since mid-March, it’s pretty impressive that we haven’t all accidentally passed, say, a colleague’s opinion on our unwashed hair, or the opinion of our boss on our dog constantly interrupted. Unfortunately, not all of us can be technologically stealthy 100% of the time, which is why Euphoria Actor Lukas Gage was able to publish a video of an anonymous British director lamenting the “small” apartment of the “poor” actor during his Zoom audition.

“Psa if you’re a director who talks shit make sure you mute your shit on the zoom edits,” the actor captioned his tweet on Friday, which accompanied the video of said manager’s assessment of Gage’s completely normal-looking house. “These poor people live in these small apartments. Like, I look at his background, and he has his TV… ”he begins. Gage jokes in response: “I know! It’s a crappy apartment. Give me this job so I can find a better one.

Laughs from the actor: “Look, I live in a four-by-four box; Its good. Just give me the job, and you’ll be fine. The director can be heard apologizing for his blunder, but given the fact that Gage posted a video of the exchange, we assume he has other irons remotely auditioning in the fire.
