Among all the sales made during the year, I find the weekend of Memorial Day the most satisfying. Not only do I usually need some new items to adapt to the changing seasons, but I also have more space in my closet than usual, given all the what I did not give to Kondo-ly during spring cleaning (where does my colander go?). After styling this babydoll dress story for Man Repeller, I threw myself into a real madness. I love this one, which – when it's not attached – is actually a camisole dress in a nightie. I like the idea of wearing this pink dress with ruched zipper. This swollen shoulder green number (now $ 67) would be the perfect outfit for a beach barbeque if you want to invite me to a beach barbeque.

The season for not wearing pants is on our doorstep! I feel like caffeine in the metaphor of life every time I click on the Solid & Striped sale, which offers 20% discount on the entire site. I'm also a big fan of J. Crew's rainbow plaid piece and Lisa Marie Fernandez's bandeau bikini.

I dress often by first choosing my shoes, so I give different silhouettes when I buy them. I recommend a comfortable platform sandal to wear with shorts or dress, new sneakers because summer blisters are a real thing, a quilted or flat lace-up sandal, a summer shoe for walking from near or far (says the Dr. – get it?), and this shoe dressed to help you through the wedding season. I know we do not think about boots yet, but I really like these shoes, these and these, that we buy now and that we wear when the time goes down, as we know it . Oh and these are my favorite shoes right now and I think I need them!
+ Jewelry and sunglasses
To add some punch to your short-and-a-tank look, put on necklaces, put on earrings and protect your eyes with sunglasses. I love this metal stud cat eye pair, this rectangular pair and this oversized pair as well. Chain of cool sunglasses, somebody?
+Hand bags
Take a statement bag for the summer schlepping. This one is perfect for a farmer's market and one for a weekend. I think I will finally opt for this pink Staud, or what about this giraffe Susan Alexandra?
Beauty
Solar cream! Lipstick! Washing body! Deodorant! They are all on sale and I am going to stock up. I hear this Sunday Riley facing the oil is superb. I love Dr. Dennis Gross's Alpha Beta skin wipes (tips: do not use them more than 3 times a week!). I like to combine this Supergoop sunscreen + this protective powder for my face and this La Roche-Posay sunscreen for my body. Has anybody used this? Quick! I want to know if I should buy it.

One of my favorite things to do when the seasons change is to exchange my sheets (what a pleasure to be?). Summer is a lighter quilt, breathable bedding, and maybe I'll throw a new set of towels. Oh, and I can not forget a candle that smells like sunscreen …
