Stop Point Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a follow-up to Ghost Recon: Wildlands 2017, although developer Ubisoft takes a different approach this time. The developer says Breakpoint will have a darker tone, in its new fictional New Zealand framework, Aurora.
Skora Technology, a company specializing in artificial drone technology, is located in Aurora. When communication with the company stops, you are sent to the archipelago to investigate. Upon arrival, however, you do not find yourself in the role of hunter, but hunted.
Throughout the stop you will meet a paramilitary group known as "wolves", which, according to Ubisoft, is just as skilled on the battlefield as ghosts. For this reason, the game puts more emphasis on stealth. You can use drones and hide the bodies of all the enemies you kill. Similarly, you can avoid detection by squatting in foliage or covering yourself with mud. The game also has elements of survival; any injuries you undergo must be treated and you must maintain your weapons. Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be launched on October 4th on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
