Evgeny Kuznetsov shaved his bald head for the fourth game

The Washington Capitals know the end is near, so they went to great lengths to change their luck heading into Game 4.

Shed 3-0 in their first-round streak, several Capitals players sported a new look, highlighted by frontline center Evgeny Kuznetsov who shaved his head bald and left a goatee.

Jakub Vrana, who missed a breakaway attempt in Game 3, buzzed his hair.

TJ Oshie has taken a razor off his beard and appears to be sporting a mule.

Radko Gudas rocked a very hairy goatee.

Alex Ovechkin did it too.

After a stench in the first half, Kuzy and Ovi tied the game in the second. Ovi scored the winner of the match in the third.

Bald Kuzy has worked!
