Lil Nas X can or can not be done by remixing "Old Town Road." But it seems like Lil Wayne is just starting to play with the hit Billboard Hot 100.
On Monday, July 15, an excerpt of Weezy's verse on the melody of the country of the trap was posted on the Internet. On the track, Weezy reflects the country vibe of the original track.
"She had this honky-tonky / I met her in Farmers Only / I'm a Young Money cowboy / 15 on my big horse," Wayne says over a banjo riff.
There is no official word on the date of publication of the remix assisted by Wayne. However, Nas X has published numerous articles on finding superstar artists for their remixes, including R & B legend Mariah Carey. However, Nas X, who recently announced his homosexuality, asked a question to his fans on his Twitter account.
"You all think I can get Dolly Parton and megan stallion on a remix of old town?", He asked.
Young Thug is the last artist to have assisted Nas X in a new remix. The version also features the viral sensation of teen Mason Ramsey, aka "The Walmart Yodeling Boy", with the same verses of Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus intact. Only Thugger adds his own flavor to the song of the third verse.
"Ridin 'Maserati, got a V12 for my fiancee (Skrrt) / A foggy and rocky road, a three-wheeler inside (Ayy)", Thug rapps, adding: "All I want, it's take a pill, catch a cold atmosphere / True prince, I'm more real than the real gift. "
