Exclusive: Google Pixel 4 and the camera bump spotted in public

Last month, Google made the unprecedented decision to confirm Pixel 4 and publish an official image. The device has already been spotted in the wild, and 9to5Google today received another series of photos showing Pixel 4 and its very bad photo.

With sharp eyes 9to5Google The reader Luis spotted the Pixel 4 in a London train nowadays. Although the flagship product of Made by Google is available, the phone is clearly identifiable thanks to the layout of the sensors.

In these last shots, we see the main camera and what we suspect since being a 16 MP telephoto lens. We learned this last week thanks to a leaked version of Google Camera from an unpublished version of Android Q. There is also a spectral sensor above and a flash below. Bottom right, we see another cutout for what is probably a microphone.

Just after the revelation of Google last month, we also received images of Pixel 4. A difference between them is the case. While the first device was protected by what is likely to be Google's first-ever accessory, today it seems to be more generic and grayer.

The intention was likely to hide the hump of the camera, but the cuts are just too distinctive. Elsewhere, we see another microphone hole on the top edge of Pixel 4.

Google Pixel devices tend to be spotted in advance on transit. The famous example of last year was the Pixel 3 XL in Canada, which revealed for the first time the very important notch. Meanwhile, the original Pixel was leaked to a restaurant in 2016.
