NEW YORK (Reuters) – WeWork, owner of The We Company, may request a valuation of $ 10 billion to $ 12 billion on its next public offering, a significant reduction from the valuation of $ 47 billion that she had achieved in January, announced Friday sources close to the case.

The deliberations indicate that WeWork is not convinced that the changes in corporate governance announced on Friday will be enough to appeal to investors worried about its lack of profitability.

The sources warned that no decision had been taken and asked not to be identified because the case was confidential. WeWork did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
