Facebook loses Oculus executive who directed his virtual reality efforts on mobile

Cohen joined Oculus as vice president of mobile telephony just weeks before the Facebook acquisition and has led several projects over the years. He led the Gear VR program and the Samsung partnership with Oculus, as well as the development of the Oculus Go VR standalone headset. In addition, he launched the Oculus Quest program, which gave birth to a stand-alone headset capable of playing desktop virtual reality games.
