Falcon Transport Co. Announces Closing of Operations Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – On Saturday night and Sunday morning, WKBN received several phone calls and e-mails regarding the closure of Falcon Transport Co.

This information was confirmed Sunday morning.

Several employees said that this email and the SMS concerning the closure were sent to them on Saturday.

"All Falcon employees,

We regret to inform you that Falcon Transport Co. is not able to continue its operations and will close its doors as of today.

Please stop immediately any work you do for the company. You are not supposed to go back to work.

Please be on the lookout for any additional information we will send to you regarding this situation. "

Business Development Manager Nicholas Holdren confirmed the closure on Saturday night:

"Falcon closed from today."

We are working to find out how many workers have been affected.
