Fall Guys has started a Twitter brand battle for charity and Warframe wants

Oh, those ugly Fall Guys! Now they are gone and started an all-out bidding war, pitting the weight-hungry Twitter brand accounts against each other in an attempt to secure a coveted Fall Guys skin. The winner will be the brand that pledges the most money to a UK-based charity that helps players with disabilities.

Since the launch of Fall Guys, official brand accounts on Twitter have approached developer Mediatonic to create crossover skins for the original little battle royale game. PC component manufacturer AOROUS, G Fuel energy drink, Chuck E., KontrolFreek… Same the likes of KFC presented designs to Fall Guys. Today, the official Fall Guys account announced that Mediatonic will accept a pitch from the company making the largest financial commitment to SpecialEffect, the UK non-profit organization that helps physically disabled gamers by providing amenities such as adaptive controllers and eye control systems.

There’s already a pretty intense bidding war going on, and she’s produced some really cool designs. Rivals of Aether, a Smash Bros. style fighting game, pledged $ 10,000 and offered a Fall Guys Ranno outfit. Warframe also got in on the action, upping the stakes with a pledge of $ 20,000 and a Lotus outfit.

Here’s that design, with art from designer Tenno Cole Rudge:

Another offer came from Pink Gorilla, an independent video game retailer in Seattle, and others came from sports organizations, clothing brands, and energy drink manufacturers.

As it stands, Fall Guys is already getting a Team Fortress skin, and this has been of them of Steam’s 10 best-selling games since shortly after launch. The game has sold over two million copies on Steam.

We will be delighted to see who wins this competition, which will last two weeks. In the meantime, we’ll be jumping for our own crowns (if we can perfect our Slime Club run, that is).
