Fallout 76 had a series of weird issues tracing back to the bug in its beta that removed the game and required players to reinstall the 76GB. Now, the game’s Steel Dawn update due for release on December 1 is now available on all platforms, after the update was accidentally sent to Xbox players.
# Fallout76 surprise! We are removing the service at 4 p.m. EST, and when we return, Update 24 with #Steel Dawn and #FalloutShelters will be live. ETA 10 p.m. EST. Happy Thanksgiving for those of us in the United States! Keep an eye on @Fall for more details. pic.twitter.com/SV7pjvMERC

The surprise Xbox rollout was a problem because it locked all of these players out of the game, so Bethesda quickly removed its servers, updated them to the new version, and released it to all platforms. A changelog is detailing everything different, including removing penalties you will incur for being hungry or thirsty.
