Swift’s re-recording of “Love Story,” the first taste of her highly anticipated collection of re-recorded music, was unveiled Thursday evening (February 11) – and beyond the fan-voted poll results, it was launched with quick start sales and garnered 5.8 million on-demand feeds in the US on the day of its release.
“Hey guys, so who’s going to tell me at 18 that our love affair would still be strong all these years later?” Swift tweeted during the weekend. “Thank you for the way you fill my life with love 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day.”
