Jenelle Evans' life was not easy, but she also helped a lot in improving her situation. Last year, her husband was fired from Teen Mom 2, forcing her to film outside her home. And this year, a serious incident caused her to lose custody of her children. Fans have been waiting for her since she said she would stay with her husband instead of fighting for her kids. Now she is being criticized for an Instagram post about her daughter.
Evans lost custody of her children after her husband shot her dog
In early May, former Evans' Nathan Griffith called the police to ask him to check his well-being after he learned that David Eason, Evans's husband, had shot at the family's French bulldog. Eventually, the news spread and a health check turned into a larger survey. Eason admitted to shooting the French bulldog after he scratched the face of his youngest daughter, Ensley. Child protection services decided to open their own investigation to ensure that children lived in a safe environment. CPS has therefore placed Evans' three children in his custody. Since then, Evans has appeared in court trying to get his children back.

One of the biggest problems fans have with Evans (since the start of this event) is that she has not left her husband. If Evans chose to leave Eason, she would probably find custody of her children much faster. CPS is currently investigating Eason. If Evans separates from him, she would be able to better justify why she should have custody of her children. However, she does not do it, and that makes the fans crazy because many think she basically chooses her husband rather than her kids. She knows that staying with Eason could mean an investigation that can last for years. However, losing her kids did not convince her to be with the wrong guy.
Evans recently announced on Instagram that she called social services to her mother, who was taking care of Ensley – and that her fans panicked.
Since the beginning of the detention trial, Evans has made no decision.

On June 4, she posted a photo with her daughter and said that she was telephoning
social services in his own family (probably his mother, with
that Ensley currently lives). The fans panicked, saying that she's going
on the whole situation the wrong way and could end up inadvertently sending
his own daughter in host family.
"If you do that, they will simply put them in host family !! Please do not do it, "wrote a user. "Ur [sic] girl deserves a better mother just like the rest of your ur [sic] children, "commented another person. Others have again attacked Evans for not leaving her husband. "Girl, leave Instagram and get your damn kids … Why is it so hard to choose between a boy and your kids? Evans fans clearly can not stand it in this situation. She may want to consider giving up social media and letting the media down while the courts decide whether she will take custody.
