STRATEGIST

Jared Goff, LAR against. Chris Thompson, WAS against. DAL $ 3,900 – With Derrius Guice ($ 3900 knee) dubious after a Meniscus injury in Week 1, Thompson could get extra work in the second week against the Cowboys. After battling injuries in recent seasons, Thompson looked healthy and very involved in the first week. He caught 7 out of 10 targets for 68 yards and finished with 14.8. DKFP, even if he has not entered the end zone. Thompson's work as a receiver out of the backfield and his significant playing potential give him an extremely high cap for a play of less than $ 4,000.
LARGE RECEIVER

John Ross III, CIN against. SF $ 4,600 – Ross was a major disappointment in his first two NFL seasons after the Bengals have used one of the top 10 choices on him in 2017 NFL Rough draft. He had just 21 catches for 210 yards in 16 games before bursting into a monster performance in the first week against Seattle. Ross had his first NFL game with more than 100 yards and totals 37.8 DKFP carrying 7 out of 12 targets for 158 yards and two scores. Ross should continue to have many opportunities while A J. Green (ankle) remains behind. Cincinnati was better than many expected in the opening week and Bengals' new coaching offensive, Zac Taylor, could be strong enough to support Ross as a viable option this week against the 49ers.
D.J. Chark, JAX at HOU, $ 4,500 – Another big pick that disappointed but intensified during the first week, Chark caught all four passes and totaled 146 yards for 27.6 DKFP in the opening defeat of the Jaguars season against the Chiefs. He seems to have good relations with Minshew, who will leave for the Jaguars while Foles (collarbone) is out. It depends a lot on the game but has a high ceiling against the Texans, who are on a short week.
Tyrell Williams, OAK against. KC, $ 4,400 – Williams definitely benefits from his Monday night monster match after the main table salaries have already been locked. The former-Charger made a big first in Oakland, capturing 6 out of 7 targets for 105 yards, a touchdown and 25.5 DKFP. He had six catches for 71 yards last time he faced the Chiefs as a member of the Chargers last season, but it looks like he's the Raiders receiver of choice. The Chiefs let Chark and Chris Conley ($ 4,200) each win more than 95 yards on the first day. Williams should be in a good game to get a big value.
Terry McLaurin, WAS against. DAL $ 3,800 – the NFL version of Scary Terry, McLaurin started his career brilliantly, leading the Eagles on a secondary basis for 125 yards and a touchdown while he led 5 out of 7 targets. He almost had another long touch at the end of the match, but he failed to get the long pass from Case Keenum ($ 5,000). Keenum does not have a ton of options at WR and the Redskins offense is usually quite fraught with consequences. If they're trying to keep up with the Cowboys' new offensive, McLaurin should be heavily targeted again in this game, making it an excellent game under $ 4,000.
Tight end

Darren Waller, OAK against. KC, $ 3,300 – Another Raider who was helped by the pay release before his match was Waller, who led the team into the targets and captured 7 of 8 goals for 70 yards and 14. DKFP in the opening season. Waller is an important target for elite athletes and will certainly be involved in the game of Raiders fans. An affordable mini-stack of Raiders could pay big if the Chiefs defense struggled again on the road.
