Here we are. The beginning of a new season is upon us. Some of you come from a championship campaign, with the right to boast. Others have never even attended the fantasy playoffs. None of this matters now. It's a new beginning. You did your homework this summer, formed a solid team (hopefully) and will now see how everything works when it counts.
But week 1 is only the beginning. It's a long journey over the next four months, which should result in a satisfactory finish. And we are here to help you every step of the way.
With my colleagues Dave Richard, Heath Cummings, Adam Aizer, Ben Gretch and Chris Towers, you get the best (free) Fantasy Football advice in the world. Let me repeat that: we give you the best information possible about Fantasy Football.
Of our rankings, projection, waiver suggestions and business cardIn addition to our Fantasy Football Today podcast and our programs at CBS Sports Headquarters, we cover everything you need and more. And we do it in an entertaining and informative way.
This Start & Em and Sit & # 39; Em the column is part of it too. All you need to succeed in your fantasy leagues, we are here for you. We do the research for you and all you have to do is define your range.
Now, we will not always be right. Far from there. We have no control over what is happening on the ground.
But I promise you that we will succeed more than necessary and that your Fantasy team will benefit. So, let's start. And good luck on your way to winning a Fantasy Title this year.

Beginning of the week
There is so much to love about Jackson this week that I do not know where to start. Maybe we should start with his debut because it's a homecoming game: he was born in Pompano Beach, Florida, and went to Boynton Beach High School. This should provide additional motivation during his first start to the season.
Jackson is also facing what could be one of the worst defenses of the NFL. For example, Charles Harris, who has won three sacks in his two-year career, is arguably the best asset for Miami. And with the Dolphins offensive likely to fight this week, Jackson should have plenty of chances to score with Baltimore who should dominate ball possession time.
I'm so excited about Jackson this week that he's my quarter-third in the standings, behind only Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes. I can not wait to see him start the season in his rookie season.
We've already talked about how Jackson should be considered the # 1 fantasy quarterback, and I liked him as one of the top 10 players in all the leagues, especially when he? S is four points for touchdowns. This should be a great start against the Dolphins in reconstruction.
I repeat Jackson: Ben Roethlisberger (NE), Aaron Rodgers (CHI), Matt Ryan (MIN), Kyler Murray (DET) and Kyler Murray (DET)

Eagles (vs. WAS) – 10.9 points projected
Although the pre-season is not a valuable indication of the quality or effectiveness of a team, this Washington offense appeared terrible in four exhibition games, averaging only 12.3 points per game. match. Either way, we know there is not a lot of talent in this attack, especially if Jordan Reed (concussion) is missing, and the Eagles' defense should be in all of Case Keenum this week. I love the DST Eagles in this game.

- Seahawks (vs. CIN): No A.J. Green (ankle) for the Bengals and left tackle Cordy Glenn (concussion) could also be missing from an already suspect offensive line. The Seahawks' defense this week got the ammunition they so badly needed with the acquisition of Jadeveon Clowney. It could be a long day for Andy Dalton and Co. in the first week.
- Lions (at ARI): We're going to find out just how good this Cardinals offense can be after keeping things vanilla in the pre-season, but it's a bad Lions defensive line against which they're going. If this offensive line can hold, the Cardinals offense should have the opportunity to play a few coins, but I'm counting on Detroit to beat Murray a bit this week, making the Lions DST DST a good streamer.
- Browns (vs. TEN): With Lewan missing, Myles Garrett could be a monster for the Browns' top scorer, and an attack already lower in Tennessee could get in trouble. I like the Browns DST as a long option of the season, but this unit should be fantastic in the first week at home.

Texans (at NO) – 6.1 projected points
The night was already long for Texans DST on the road for a prime-time match in New Orleans, but it could be brutal without Clowney. This could also be the case for the season, and I no longer like the DST Texans as No. 1 unit. Although there are still some talented players on Houston's defense, you do not want to be face Drew Brees in the evening at home. Things could become ugly quickly.
