While most people who bought Far Cry 6 did so without hassle, some UK customers have reported issues accessing Yara. Twitter user sjpearson85 posted a video on Twitter showcasing his PlayStation 4 copy of Far Cry 6 which was pre-ordered from a UK store, although he did not specify which retailer.
The PS5 recognizes the PS4 disc, but does not offer any option to upgrade to the PS5 version. However, when sjpearson switched to a Russian PSN account, the play page showed the PS5 upgrade as an available option.
He is not the only one to experience this. Several users have posted on the Ubisoft Player support page, reporting the same issue.
