Farrah Abraham slammed after calling 7/11 "7-Eleven"

Farrah Abraham meant well when she posted a tribute video in the honor of September 11, but made a messy mistake that ran into a ton of backlash.

the Teen mom Alum, 28, documented his trip to the New York Freedom Tower with his 10-year-old daughter Sophia in a clip posted on his Instagram and YouTube pages, but seconds after the intro, Abraham called the tragic day of "7-Eleven".

"In memory of September 11th, I was in 5th grade when this happened and now, as Sophia is in 5th grade, we are taking advantage of this experience," wrote Abraham next to the publication on Instagram.

While the rest of the video shows the duo of mothers and daughters exploring the site where the terrorist attacks took place 18 years ago, fans are flooding the TV star's comments with her thoughts on her accident.

"Do not follow now. The fact that she said 7-11 is disgusting. She takes advantage of this horrible historic moment to try to gain notoriety and to exploit her child even more. So shameful, "wrote one of them.

Another person added, "We're not talking about a gas station, we're talking about one of the biggest dates in history, September 11, not September 7."

Some commentators have pointed out Abraham's strange use of the word "enjoy" in his legend, while others urged him to completely suppress the message.

"Take this !!! So many errors and insensitivity, "said one of them. Another speaker said, "I do not think that" taking advantage "of the memorial is probably the best terminology. For those of us who have lost people in the towers and have spent this day in horror waiting for phone calls that never came, it was the opposite of nice. I hope you mean experienced. And to be clear, it happened on September 11, not in July. "

The old MTV personality did not answer the question. However, she shared an emoji of heart and hand of prayer in the comments section. As of Thursday, September 12, her video has not been removed from Instagram or YouTube.
